Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident subscribing to Switch To India. This page explains exactly when you can get a refund, how to request one, and what to expect.

Full refund on your first subscription — no questions asked, within 7 days of payment.
Cancel anytime
Cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Refund in 5–7 days
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Switch To India subscription, we will refund your payment in full — provided all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is received within 7 calendar days of the original payment date.
- This is your first paid subscription of this plan type on the Platform (Pro Plan or Enhanced Brand Profile).
- Fewer than 10 bill analyses or bill exports have been performed using the subscription during the refund window.
- Your account has not been suspended for Terms of Service violations.
How to Request a Refund
Send an email to support@switchtoindia.in with the following information:
Subject line
"Refund Request — [Your Plan Name]"
Your registered email
The email address linked to your Switch To India account.
Transaction ID
Found in your payment confirmation email from Razorpay.
Processing time: We will acknowledge your request within 1 working day. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (UPI / card / net banking) within 5–7 working days.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your paid access (Pro features or Enhanced Brand Profile) continues until the last day of your current Subscription Period.
- Your account is then automatically moved to the Free Plan — you do not lose your account or stored data.
- No charges are made after cancellation. Auto-renewal is stopped immediately.
- A partial or pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period is not provided unless the 7-day money-back guarantee applies.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
We cannot process a refund in the following circumstances:
- The 7-day refund window has elapsed from the date of payment.
- The subscription is a renewal (second or subsequent billing cycle).
- More than 10 bill analyses or bill exports were completed during the refund-eligible period.
- The account was suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions.
- The refund request relates to the Free Plan (no charge, no refund applicable).
- The Enhanced Brand Profile was removed for guideline violations (see Advertiser Terms).
Advertiser Plan Refunds
The same 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first Enhanced Brand Profile subscription (Basic or Standard). Additional considerations for advertisers:
- The guarantee applies once per advertiser entity — not per plan tier switch.
- If you upgrade from Basic to Standard within the guarantee window, the 7-day clock resets to the Standard subscription start date.
- Once your profile has been live and receiving impressions for more than 7 days, the guarantee period has elapsed.
- If we remove your Enhanced Brand Profile for guideline violations, no refund is issued.
GST & Invoice Note
Switch To India is currently not registered under GST (operating below the mandatory threshold under the CGST Act, 2017). All refunds will be of the full amount paid — no GST component is deducted. Plain payment receipts are issued; GST-compliant tax invoices will be available once GST registration is obtained.
